I love travel, film photography, crystals, nature, exploring sound and the subconscious mind. Even better when I can blend these interests together!

With a trauma informed approach, my mission is to help people rewire their negative subconscious beliefs, clear debris from the auric field, build and nurture a relationship with the nervous system, elicit the body’s healing response, feel lighter, more relaxed, and supported on their health or healing journey.
