Join me in a transformational travel experience as we celebrate the full moon on the rooftop of our private boutique hotel!  The Full Harvest Moon has its peak for two nights during the retreat! Set your intention with a cacao by the sea, enjoy a sound bath healing, private in-room reiki and hypnotherapy sessions will be offered. Sea front yoga is available upon request, but the rooftop faces the Caribbean, so you may use it for free! It’s nice to have coffee on the rooftop in the morning as well.. We’ll have a couple of catered meals on the rooftop next to the sounds of the Caribbean Sea. I’ll lead a private shopping tour so you may avoid assertive techniques or over-friendly business owners. And of course our main priority will be BEACH TIME every day on one of the world’s best beaches!

Our boutique hotel is a short walk from the ferry dock in what is considered downtown, although it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle. There’s a small soaking pool in the courtyard and tranquil greenery, in addition to a spectacular rooftop patio overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The tile work, the attention to detail, the vibe! It’s dreamy!

While this does not include flights, I am happy to assist you in finding the best deal!

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE:
Rachel is a musician, photographer, and travel curator/writer based in east Austin, Texas. She has been traveling the world with her music and cameras since 1999 and wants to share her discoveries with you. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Services and a minor in Art, she worked at the Texas State School for the Blind and Visually Impaired for several years. Her spirit thrives on learning about other cultures and different ways of communication. She started her own business teaching children expressive art classes, later adding adult classes and co-creating the University of Texas Informal Class, Art & Meditation. Her photography, mixed media works, and paintings have been shown throughout Austin over the past 20+ years. She started booking tours overseas for her band in 2009 and writing about her experiences, which eventually turned into a travel blog.

After visiting Isla Mujeres repeatedly for several years, she was inspired to take conversational Spanish courses and received a level three certificate. Of course without practice, skills become rusty, so she travels back to México as often as her frequent flyer miles will allow. She has now explored Valladolid, Sayulita, San Pancho, Tulum, Oaxaca City, and San Agustinillo.

She’s been exploring the Méxican island of Isla Mujeres for more than 10 years now, visiting as a solo traveler and with fellow cosmic souls. In 2017, Rachel lead her first group of women on Isla Mujeres for the initial Vamos Chicas! retreat voyage. In 2019, Rachel became Reiki certified and plans to add a healing aspect to her 2020 retreat which will be during the Full Harvest Moon! Cacao sharing, Reiki offerings, sound healing, prime BEACH time, and more!
