The first time I heard the crystal alchemy sound bowls, I left my body.
The first time I heard the crystal alchemy sound bowls, I had an eye pillow on, so everything was dark. As I was led on a beautiful short meditation after a reiki healing, by my soon to be Reiki teacher and mentor,
the bowls took over and I left my body.
I told my engineer father about it and he said, "you astral projected!" A moment I'll never forget.
That one sound healing experience (I was a beam of pastel light. Seriously!) led me to become a Usui Reiki Practitioner. I trained at Emerald Heart Healing in Encinitas, California.
I find it difficult to go on a visual journey when alchemy sound healing is spoken over.
